We ship to physical street addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Delivery address requirements
We do not ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). We cannot ship to any address that requires USPS delivery, including PO Boxes and APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Please provide a U.S. physical street address that can receive deliveries from a non-USPS carrier.
If your address only accepts USPS deliveries, please use an alternative eligible shipping address before placing your order.
Processing & shipping options
- Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days ship the same day. Orders after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.
- Free 2-3 Business Day Shipping — free on orders $199.99+, otherwise a flat $9.99.
- Expedited (2 business days) — $14.99 upgrade.
- Next-Day Shipping — Free on orders $299+ after merchandise discounts and before shipping and tax; $39.99 below $299. Available to contiguous U.S. street addresses for delivery on the next business day after carrier pickup. Alaska and Hawaii receive Standard shipping only. Weekends and carrier holidays are excluded.

- Tracking is emailed on every order.
- Discreet packaging: all orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging.
Next-Day Shipping timing: Eligible orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are prioritized for same-day carrier pickup. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on carrier holidays begin processing the next business day. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Cold-chain handling is used where appropriate to help preserve product integrity in transit.
Shipping protection
Value Package Protection is an optional checkout add-on for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged shipments after they enter the carrier network. It is added at checkout by default and can be removed before you pay. If a protected package is lost, stolen, or damaged, file a claim on our site; we review it ourselves and resolve approved claims with a replacement from our own stock or a refund.
If you remove protection at checkout, you can still add it from your order page until the order ships (within 48 hours of ordering). Without protection, VRL will still correct our own fulfillment errors, but carrier loss, theft, or transit damage may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once an order is tendered to the carrier. Value Research Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, or for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages outside our own fulfillment error policy or Value Package Protection. Delivery time estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
