Are your products tested?
Yes. Every batch is independently verified by HPLC and Mass Spectrometry at an accredited U.S. laboratory. A Certificate of Analysis is available to view for every product.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days ship the same day. Free 2-3 business day shipping on orders $199.99+, otherwise a flat $9.99. Need it faster? Expedited is 2 business days ($14.99) or Next-Day Shipping delivers on the next business day ($39.99). Every order includes a free 3 ML bacteriostatic water. All orders ship in discreet, unbranded packaging with tracking. Optional Value Package Protection is available at checkout for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Do you offer cold-chain shipping?
No. Most peptide vials are supplied as freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder, which does not require cold-chain shipping while in transit before reconstitution. A few compounds ship as a prepared liquid solution instead — L-Carnitine and Lipo-C w/B-12, for example — and their product pages and labels say so. Follow the product storage guidance after delivery and refrigerate after reconstitution as directed.
What is Value Package Protection?
Value Package Protection is our optional, in-house shipping protection for eligible shipments that are lost in transit, marked delivered but not received, or damaged on arrival. File a claim on our site and we review it ourselves; approved claims are replaced from our own stock, or refunded if you prefer. How should I store the product?
Store lyophilized vials at -20°C for long-term stability and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Liquid-solution vials (L-Carnitine, Lipo-C w/B-12) follow the storage guidance on their product page. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within the documented stability window.
What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final. As these are research materials, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped. If we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will correct our error. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
